We are seeking technicians who are looking to gain experience in the telecommunications space, more specifically through being involved in serving customers by carrying out the
maintenance of our wireless internet services.

The Wireless Maintenance Technician role demands that you be proactive, resourceful,hands-on, highly responsible and able to take initiative. 

In taking on this role, you will be joining a talented and passionate team dedicated to building and empowering the communities which they serve, by equipping them with the internet accessibility required for their personal and professional development.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to but including):
Reconfiguration of hardware
Hotspot upgrades
Fault finding and troubleshooting on hotspot devices to determine correct maintenance procedure

Requirements:
Background in cabling installations (Wireless, CCTV, DSTV etc)
Ability to use a variety of tools including drills, ratchets, hammers, allen keys, crimping tools
Must have a valid drivers license (for longer than 1 year)

The final remuneration package offered by the employer will be determined based on market standards, considering the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience.
