Duties / Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records across the business
  • Record and monitor all stock movements in the ERP system
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies quickly
  • Support cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory audits
  • Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or excess stock
  • Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales and Finance
  • Reduce shrinkage, losses and stock-related errors
  • Support accurate order fulfilment and purchasing decisions
  • Improve stock control processes and reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in stock control or inventory management
  • Strong ERP and inventory system knowledge
  • Good analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with stock counts, reconciliations and discrepancy investigations
  • Retail, wholesale, warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Able to work accurately in a fast-moving environment

Education

  • Relevant certificate, diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management or a related field
  • Equivalent practical experience will be considered

Work Hours

  • Mon – Thu 07h00 – 17h00
  • Fri 07h00 – 16h00
  • Every 2nd Saturday 08h00 – 13h00
