As a seasoned mining specialist in strategic and transformational roles, you will embed directly with assigned Business Partner contractor operations to implement structured routines, shopfloor management tools, and integrated safety coaching practices that drive immediate performance improvement and create sustainable operating disciplines.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
- 12+ years mining industry experience with significant time in strategic or transformation roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale organisational change programmes
- Deep understanding of mining value chains and functional interdependencies
- Experience with performance management systems, KPI cascading, and War Room operations
- Strong change management and communications expertise
- Experience working with senior leadership teams in mining companies
- Proven ability to coach and develop frontline leaders
Highly Desirable:
- Experience in integrated mining operations (mine-to-mill value chains)
- Previous work with African mining companies or Zambian operations
- Background working with Business Partner/contractor operating models
- Experience supporting mining ramp-up or turnaround scenarios
- Certification in change management methodologies (Prosci, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Organisational Development, or related field
- MBA or post-graduate qualification in strategy, change management, or related field (desirable)
- Certification in change management or organisational development
CONTRACT & PACKAGE DETAILS
Location: Zambia
Project Duration: 6 Months (Jan – Jun 2026)
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
Remuneration:
