An established legal practice in Pretoria East is looking for a Senior Foreclosure Secretary who can confidently manage the undefended process from start to finish.
If you’re comfortable with high volumes, know how to keep matters moving under pressure, and can communicate professionally with clients and debtors, your experience will be genuinely valued here.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years’ banking foreclosure experience is essential.
- Proven ABSA Bank foreclosure experience is required.
- Experience with ABSA deceased-estate foreclosures will be a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience across the full undefended foreclosure process.
- Able to manage high volumes, competing deadlines and pressure effectively.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to engage directly with clients and debtors.
- Highly organised, accurate and comfortable working independently within established processes.
Package
The proposed salary for the role is R18k – R25k per month – the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills.
