Duties / Key Responsibilities

Install, configure and deploy ERP environments.
Manage system upgrades, patches and migrations.
Support new customer implementations and live environments.
Investigate incidents, performance issues and technical failures.
Assist with integrations, data migrations and solution design.
Work with consultants, developers and project teams.
Guide customers and explain technical matters clearly.
Maintain environment records, deployment guides and technical standards.

Requirements

At least 5 years’ ERP support experience.
Practical ERP deployment and implementation experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
Experience supporting multiple customer environments.
Exposure to cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, web services and virtual machines.
Integration, data migration and performance tuning experience is beneficial.

Education

Degree, diploma or equivalent IT qualification.
ERP, cloud or Microsoft-related certifications are advantageous.

Independent, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
