The Marketing Team is part of the larger Client Experience department that ensure a seamless and exceptional client journey from start to finish across all touchpoints. The Brand Manager plays a crucial role in this team, tasked with generating excitement and deepening market understanding and engagement with the company’s offerings.

Leverage your creativity and execution skills to develop and manage marketing plans across the retention portfolio. Key objectives include client retention, growth, deepening product adoption, and delivering a consistent brand experience.

You will also lead internal campaigns that strengthen the brand promise and align internal communications to keep the team informed and engaged with the brand’s values.


  • Manage the marketing briefing process and align marketing activities with business expectations.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies using multiple channels to achieve desired outcomes, including co-marketing opportunities and the creation of both digital and print marketing materials.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to refine marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement an internal communication strategy to ensure message consistency and engage our team.
  • Report on marketing performance and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with designers and external suppliers to maintain brand consistency.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Business or Marketing with 3-5 years of brand management experience, ideally within the medical or technology sectors (SaaS).
  • Experience in through-the-line marketing and managing suppliers in marketing, design, and research.
  • Expertise in branding, technology marketing, especially to small businesses or healthcare providers, is advantageous.
  • Skills include omnichannel marketing, consumer behavior analysis, and CRM systems proficiency.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills are essential.
